Have questions about my shipping fees and estimated delivery times? Here are some frequently asked questions with my answers!

Q: Where do you ship?

At this time, I only ship to Canada and the USA.

Q: What do you mean by standard shipping?

The standard shipping option is a low-cost shipping option. I mail your order using Canada Post's lettermail option. This means you don't receive a tracking number! If you want one, please select the expedited package option.

Q: What is the difference between the standard shipping and expedited parcel option?

Standard shipping:

  • $3
  • no tracking number
  • longer shipping times

Expedited Parcel:

  • $7.80 or above depending on weight
  • includes tracking number
  • shorter shipping times

Q: Why does the standard shipping option disappear if I buy more than 4 cards?

For a package to be mailed as a letter, it must meet certain size and weight constraints. Unfortunately, if you buy more than 4 cards, the package becomes too big.

Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

Right now, Canada Post is experiencing higher than normal package volumes for this time of the year due to COVID-19. You can visit their COVID-19 info page for more current information on their end.

On my end, I aim to ship out orders within 1-2 business days after an order is placed, unless the pick up option is chosen.

From there, standard lettermail in Canada, delivery can take more than 7 business days depending on where you live. If you choose the expedited package option, it should take 1-7 business days for it to be delivered to you. 

If you are from the USA, standard lettermail delivery can take more than 8 business days depending on the state you live in. If you choose the Canada Post Small Packet USA Air option, it should take 5-8 business days.
